Proposals

Send a proposal clients can choose from, accept, sign and pay in one link.

1. Open Templates in the sidebar, then Proposals.
2. The Sent tab lists every proposal with its status: Sent, Viewed, Accepted, Declined, Expired or Withdrawn. Click one to see what the client did, copy their link, view it as they see it, or withdraw it.
3. The Templates tab holds the proposals you reuse. Click "New template" and start from "Wedding (visual)", "Wedding (editorial)", "Corporate and events" or "Blank".
4. To send one, open the inquiry in Bookings and click "Send proposal". For someone who never filled in your inquiry form, click "Send a proposal" at the top of this page and enter their name and email, plus the event date if the proposal books the event. Add their phone too and they also get the link by text. They are added to your Contacts.
5. A routine can send one for you after a call. See "Send a proposal automatically".
6. Proposals are on Bazaar Lite (3 a month) and Plus (unlimited).

You will need Bazaar Lite or Plus first.

Build a proposal once, with your packages, photos, process and pricing, and send it to every client.

1. Open Templates in the sidebar, then Proposals, and go to the Templates tab.
2. Click "New template" and choose "Wedding (visual)", "Wedding (editorial)", "Corporate and events" or "Blank". A starter is filled in so you only replace the words and photos.
3. The rail on the left lists the sections. Click one to edit it, use the arrows to reorder, and "Add section" for more: a cover, about, packages, add-ons, a mood board, your process, a portfolio, testimonials, a comparison table and a calculator among them. The comparison table needs a Packages section first.
4. Packages can come from your published offerings or be written just for this proposal. Choose whether the client picks one, several, or only reads them.
5. Open "Settings and style" to set what happens when the client accepts: "They sign a contract and pay the deposit" (pick the contract) or "Record their choice; I follow up". Set when it expires, the accept button, a note, and the fonts and colors, which start from your page design.
6. Use "Preview" to see it as your client will. Your changes save as you go; the top right says "Saved", or what to fix first if something cannot be saved yet.
7. To make a variation, open the "…" menu on a template in the Templates tab and choose "Duplicate". The copy opens ready to edit. "Delete" removes a template; proposals you already sent from it are not affected.

Upload the proposal you already use and AI turns it into a Bazaar template you can edit and send.

1. Open Templates in the sidebar, then Proposals, and go to the Templates tab.
2. Click "New template" and choose "Import your own with AI".
3. Drop in a PDF, a Word document or an image of your proposal, or paste its text.
4. It opens in the builder as a new template. Check every price before you send: a price that was not in your document comes in at $0, and the banner says how many. Photos do not come across, so add them from your gallery.

You will need Bazaar Lite or Plus first.

Set one look for the whole proposal (capitals, a script first letter, photo frames, your logo and a year on every section) and pick a layout for each section.

1. Open Templates in the sidebar, then Proposals, go to the Templates tab and open a template.
2. Click "Settings and style". Under Look, choose Capitals or As typed for headings, a Script first letter and its font, Rounded, Paper or Taped photo frames, a corner mark such as the year, and whether the PDF is a page per section or continuous. Turn on Logo on every section, Dividers or Ornaments if you want them.
3. Click a section in the list on the left. Under Layout, click the picture of the arrangement you want, and type a label above the heading if you like.
4. If a layout needs a photo the section does not have, it says so and a photo field appears. Add the photo and the layout takes effect.
5. Click Preview, then Phone, to see it the way your client will on their phone. Everything saves as you go.

Have a routine send your proposal after a call, and follow up when the client opens, accepts or declines it.

1. Open Routines from the sidebar and click "New routine".
2. Under When, pick the moment, such as "a call has finished" or a new inquiry arriving. The Proposals group adds moments of its own: the client opens, accepts or declines a proposal, or it expires.
3. Under Then, add "Send them a proposal", pick the template, and optionally write a note. The note becomes the proposal’s message and can use the same fill-in fields as a message step.
4. A proposal from the same template is not sent twice to the same client. If your monthly proposals are used up, the step is held back and you are told.
5. Switch the routine on at the top.

You will need Bazaar Lite or Plus, and a proposal template first.

Send a proposal from the inquiry. The client chooses, accepts, signs and pays the deposit from one link, then you countersign.

1. Open Bookings and click the inquiry.
2. Click "Send proposal" at the bottom, beside the consultation link and Accept.
3. Pick the template, change the title for this client if you like, and add a note. The note also goes in the email.
4. Click "Send proposal". Your client gets it by email, and by text too when their inquiry has a phone number. You can also copy the link to share it yourself.
5. Follow it on the Proposals page: you are told when they open it, accept or decline. If it came with a contract, you countersign once they have signed.
6. Each proposal counts toward your plan: 3 a month on Bazaar Lite, unlimited on Plus.
