Every session,
one badge.
Sell passes to your conference, put every attendee on one QR code that works at every door you let them through, and check people in even where the signal drops. Then compare what each tool keeps from your ticket money.
One QR code for the whole conference.
Each attendee gets one card, one QR code and one Apple or Google Wallet pass, whatever they bought. A pass can get into every session, one day, a track, or sessions you pick, and a session you add later joins every pass it belongs to.
Check-in that keeps working without signal.
Your crew scan in the Bazaar app, and the app decides each scan on the phone, so a basement ballroom with no signal still moves. Scans sync when the phone is back online, and anything the server disagrees with lands in Check-in issues.
Exceptions on your terms, on the record.
Admit anyway lets your staff let someone through when the scan says no. It is off until you turn it on, for the whole conference or one session at a time, and every use needs a reason.
One buyer, a whole team of named attendees.
A company buys ten passes in one order and names each person at checkout, or later from My tickets. Each named attendee gets their own card.
Every session gets its own page.
Each session is a full event page with its time, room, track and hosts. A session in a different building can have its own venue and address, and maps, directions and calendar invites follow it.
