Set it up once
Hosts get messages that say the right thing to each guest. Vendors get rules that run themselves, a booking calendar on their own website, and a list of the people they trust. And guests get your event in the app.
One message, the right words for every guest
Give a message versions, each with its own condition. The guests who have picked a meal hear one thing, and the ones who have not get a nudge with a link to their own meal choice. Bazaar decides which version each guest gets at the moment it sends, not when you wrote it.
A scheduled message you can still change
Every message waiting to go out now sits under Messages on your guest list, on the web and in the app. Open one to read it, fix the typo, change the date, or call it off, without losing who it was going to.
Routines: set it up once, and it happens every time
Pick a moment, like a new inquiry, a signed contract or a paid invoice, and pick what should happen: send a message, add your task list to the event, or invite them to book a call. It runs on every event after, and you can build one on your phone.
Your booking calendar, on your own website
Paste one snippet and clients book a call without leaving your site. For your email signature there is a link button instead, which pastes into Gmail as a real button rather than a block of code.
The vendors you vouch for
Name the businesses you trust and show them on your profile, or have Bazaar suggest them to your clients for whatever their event still needs. A separate private list keeps the ones you would rather not share an event with, and nobody on it is ever told.
