The business you were running in your head

If you sell something for a living, this one is yours. Your calls book themselves, your calendar turns down the days you cannot work, your gear is counted, and a portion count finally means something.

• Your consultations book themselves, and chase themselves

  Bazaar hosts your booking page, so a client picks a time you are genuinely free, in their own timezone rather than yours, and the booking lands in the same list their inquiry did. Switch on an automation and it sends the link for you, reminds them before, follows up after, and never chases someone who has already booked.

• Your booking calendar can say no for you

  Set the days you work, the notice you need, how far you will travel, and the days either side of a job you need for load in, load out or rest. Clients simply cannot pick them, so you stop declining the same date by hand every week.

• If you rent gear out, Bazaar counts it

  Put a unit count on what you own and Bazaar holds real units for real days. A client asking for four tops on a Saturday you have two left on is told before they ask, you can see everything that is out and when it is due back, and accepting a rental writes its deposit invoice for you as a draft.

• Portions that mean something

  Put a count on a dish and it stops being chosen once it is gone, with whatever margin you want on top. Ask for meal choices with the RSVP, the day before, or at the event instead of only inside the RSVP, choose who gets asked, and work the day itself off a service board.
