Paperwork that gathers itself, and reminders that do not give up
Your vendors bring their own documents, your checklists chase people for you, and everyone you have ever worked with is already in your address book.
Every vendor's paperwork, in one place
Stop chasing certificates over email. Your event's Vendors tab now collects each vendor's insurance, licences and contracts on its own, grouped by vendor. Contract amounts stay private between that vendor and their client, and you decide who else gets to see the rest.
Checklists that chase people for you
An event can hold as many named, staged checklists as it needs, and a reminder can repeat until the task is actually done rather than firing once into the void. Your run of show can remind the whole team before each item too.
Your vendors get their schedule, automatically
The day before an event, every vendor receives their own slice of the run of show, with any private note you left them, as an emailed PDF and a text with a live link. Nobody has to remember to send it.
Your contacts, already filled in
Everyone you have invited or worked with is already in your address book, so you stop retyping the same guest and the same client. Add a guest or bill a client by picking them, not by typing them.
