Your team

Invite teammates and set what each of them can do.

1. Open Account in the sidebar, then Team. The page is titled Team management.
2. On the Members tab you see everyone on the team as a card, with how many events each has worked.
3. Click "Add team member" to send an invite.
4. Use "Admin permissions" to decide what admins on your team are allowed to do.
5. Switch to the Staffing tab to see who is assigned to which event and put people on jobs.
6. Your plan caps how many active members you can have, and the page tells you when you hit it.

Deactivate, reactivate, or remove a team member.

Ask an admin on your team to take over the business. They become the owner and the billing contact, you stay on as an admin, and nothing changes until they accept.

1. Open Team.
2. Find the person you want to hand the business to. They must already be an admin, and still active. If they are not, make them an admin first.
3. Open the ⋯ menu on their card and choose "Transfer ownership".
4. Read what changes, then send the request. Nothing moves yet.
5. They see the request on their own Team page and accept or decline it. Once they accept, they are the owner and the billing contact, and you stay on the team as an admin.
6. If the business takes client payments through Bazaar, disconnect payments first. Those payouts go to your own Stripe account, so the new owner has to reconnect with their own details.
