Become a vendor

Set up a vendor profile to offer your services on Bazaar.

  1. Open Become a vendor. You are asked how you want to build the profile.
  2. Pick "Import from your website or Instagram" to have us draft your about section, services, offerings, and gallery from a link.
  3. Or pick "Start from scratch" to walk through the same steps yourself. Import is never required.
  4. On the import path, review each screen in turn: the basics, your photos, your offerings, FAQs, and your social links.
  5. Nothing goes live until you finish the preview step, so edit anything that does not sound like you.

Business profile

Your public profile, the page clients see when they find you.

  1. Open Business from the sidebar. This is your public page, shown to you in edit mode.
  2. Click the pencil beside your logo, name, or services to change them, and click a section (about, video, offerings, reviews, FAQs) to edit it in place.
  3. Use "Preferences" in the top bar to set which host searches you appear in.
  4. Use "Share Page" to get your link and QR code to send to clients.
  5. Click "Preview as Host" to see the page exactly as a client does, then "Back to Editing" to return.

Stats

See how your profile and bookings are performing over time.

  1. Open Insights in the sidebar, then Stats.
  2. The cards at the top summarise views, inquiries, and bookings, each compared with the previous period.
  3. Use the time period selector in the top-right to change the range. On the free plan you get the last 7 days.
  4. Below that, the chart plots views against inquiries so you can see where interest turns into contact.
  5. Traffic sources and the conversion funnel show where people come from and where they drop off. Both need Bazaar Plus.
  6. Use "Share Profile Links" to grab the links you are measuring, and scroll on for top services, a reviews snapshot, marketplace activity, and recent activity.

Rewind

Your week or month as a card you can share.

  1. Open Insights in the sidebar, then Rewind. The weekly and monthly summary notification opens it too.
  2. Switch between Week and Month with the two buttons at the top. Each covers the last one that finished, not the one you are in.
  3. Each card is one number with how it moved against the period before it.
  4. Choose Share image, then use the switches to pick what goes on the card. Revenue is off to start with.
  5. Anything you switch off shows how it changed instead of the figure, so you can post the win without the amount.
  6. "See the full numbers" opens Stats on the same period.

Add a business

One owner can hold multiple businesses. Use the workspace switcher (top-left, next to the logo) to add another; the free plan allows 2, and Plus unlocks more.

Find it: Header workspace switcher (left of the logo), the "Add a business" item at the bottom of the menu

Edit business info

Update your business name, description, services, and contact details. In the app you also set the cover photo that heads your public profile.

  1. On the web, open Business from the sidebar and use the edit control beside the section you want to change.
  2. In the app, open Business and tap "Business details".
  3. The cover photo leads the form. Tap it to pick a new one, or use Replace and Remove on an existing one. It crops to a wide band because that is how it renders.
  4. Below it, edit your name, email, phone, description, and services.
  5. Tap "Save changes". The button stays inactive until something actually changes.

Customize how your profile looks

Shape the profile clients see: edit each section in place on Business, choose how offerings are laid out, and set the colors on the inquiry form you embed elsewhere.

  1. Open Business from the sidebar. You are looking at your public page in edit mode, and the bar at the top says so.
  2. Click any part of it to change it: the pencil beside your logo, name, or services, or a section itself for your about copy, video, offerings, reviews, and FAQs.
  3. Click "Preview as Host" to see exactly what a prospective client sees, then "Back to Editing" to return.
  4. For how your packages are laid out on the page, go to Offerings and use "Customize display".
  5. Colors and fonts are set for the inquiry form you embed on your own website: Offerings → "Add to your site" → "Customize Theme" (Bazaar Plus).
  6. When it reads the way you want, use "Share Page" for your link and QR code.

Choose the event types you work

Say which kinds of events you work. Hosts see it on your profile, and your inquiry form only offers those types.

  1. Open your Business profile.
  2. Choose Edit on the Events row under your name.
  3. Pick "All event types", or "Only the ones I pick" and move the events you work to the right.
  4. To add something that is not on the list, type it under "Your own event types" and choose the plus.
  5. Choose Save.

Preview your public page

Share your profile, inquiry link, or badge

One place for every link to your business: your public profile, your inquiry form, a QR code, per-platform trackable links, and your NFC badge.

  1. Open Business and use "Share Page" (in the app, tap the share icon on the card at the top).
  2. Profile link is your public page; inquiry form link sends someone straight to booking. The QR code opens the inquiry form when scanned.
  3. Trackable links carry a per-platform tag, so Insights can tell you which platform sent a view. Post the matching one on each.
  4. Your badge is an NFC card someone taps to open your profile. Use "Badge link" to get the exact URL a card has to carry, and write it to any tag with an NFC writer app.

See what is behind a stat

Every headline number on Stats opens a detail screen: the same measure plotted more finely, a breakdown by source, service or status, and the actual rows behind it.

  1. Open Stats.
  2. Click any of the four cards at the top: Profile Views, Inquiries, Bookings or Revenue.
  3. The detail screen opens on the same date range you were reading.
  4. The chart at the top plots the same measure hour by hour for a week, day by day for a quarter, week by week beyond.
  5. Under it, "Breakdown" ranks the period by one dimension. Use the buttons on its right to switch dimension (for example Source or Location on views, Status or Service on inquiries).
  6. Click a bar to filter the list underneath to just those rows; click it again to clear.
  7. Traffic-source and location breakdowns need Bazaar Plus, the same as the traffic chart on Stats itself.
  8. On Stats you can also click a traffic-source row to jump straight to the views from that source.

See where people give up on your form

Your form saves as people fill it in, so Stats can show you which step they stop on instead of only how many never finished.

  1. Open Stats.
  2. Find the Conversion Funnel card. Under its four bars there is a section called "Where people stop".
  3. The line at the top names the step that loses the most people, with the count and how many reached it.
  4. Each row underneath is one step of your form: how many people reached it, and how many stopped there.
  5. Steps your form does not use never appear, so a section you turned off is not counted as a drop.
  6. A count only appears once enough people have reached a step for the number to mean anything.
  7. The whole card needs Bazaar Plus, the same as the traffic chart beside it.
  8. Clients can also press "Save for later" on your form to email themselves a link back to it, so an unfinished inquiry is not always lost.
