Read the feedback clients leave and reply to keep your reputation strong.

1. Open Insights in the sidebar, then Reviews.
2. The "Client reviews" tab holds verified reviews from Bazaar events; "Testimonials" holds the ones you collected yourself.
3. Click "Get Bazaar review link" to generate a one-time link a client can use without an account.
4. Open a review to reply publicly, share it, or report it.
5. Search by title or message, and sort by newest, oldest, highest, or lowest rated.
6. Connect your Google Business profile to show its reviews too. Google reviews display on your profile but do not move your Bazaar star rating.

Generate a one-time link so a client can leave a verified review without signing in.

1. Open Insights in the sidebar, then Reviews.
2. Click "Get Bazaar review link" in the top right.
3. Click "Generate link", then Copy.
4. Send the link to your client. They can leave a verified review without an account.
5. Each link works once and expires after 30 days. Generate a new one per client.

Turn a client review into a branded image you can post on social.

1. Open Reviews and click the review you want to share.
2. Go to the Share tab. "Snapshot preview" shows the exact card that gets exported.
3. Use the include toggles to decide whether the event, the reviewer name, the highlights, and your branding appear on the card.
4. Pick an export preset to match where you are posting, then download the image.
5. Reviews imported from Google can be shared the same way.
