Plans and billing

For vendors

What each plan includes, and how billing works.

Subscription

Manage your plan and billing whenever your needs change.

  1. Open Account in the sidebar, then Subscription.
  2. The plan status card at the top tells you which plan you are on and where you stand in a trial.
  3. On the free plan or a trial, compare the three plans below. Bazaar Lite is $10 a month with monthly limits on contracts, invoices, and AI imports. Bazaar Plus is $20 a month with no limits.
  4. Click "Choose Lite" or "Upgrade to Plus" to start checkout for that plan. Lite is billed monthly only, so the annual toggle does not change its price.
  5. On Bazaar Lite, the usage card shows how many contracts, invoices, and AI imports you have used this month and the date your limits reset.
  6. On Plus, use "Pause subscription" to stop billing without losing anything. Your contracts, invoices, offerings, and team stay put and go read-only, and billing restarts in 3 months or the moment you resume.
  7. Click "Manage Billing" to update your card, see invoices, or cancel. That opens Stripe’s secure billing portal.

Upgrade to Bazaar Plus

Pick a paid plan to unlock contracts, invoices, and online payments.

  1. Open Account in the sidebar, then Subscription.
  2. Compare the three plans. Free, Bazaar Lite at $10 a month, and Bazaar Plus at $20 a month.
  3. Bazaar Lite includes contracts, invoices, and online payments with monthly limits. Bazaar Plus includes everything with no limits.
  4. Click "Choose Lite" or "Upgrade to Plus" to open secure Stripe checkout for that plan.
  5. If you are already on Bazaar Lite, "Upgrade to Plus" changes the price of your existing subscription instead of opening checkout. You are never billed for two plans.
  6. Bazaar Lite is billed monthly only. Switching the toggle to annual changes the Plus price, not the Lite price.

Switch between Lite and Plus

Move between paid plans without starting a new subscription.

  1. Open Account in the sidebar, then Subscription.
  2. On Bazaar Plus, click "Switch to Lite" next to "Pause subscription".
  3. The confirmation lists what you keep and what you lose. You keep contracts, invoices, and online payments, and they become limited to a set number each month.
  4. Any unused time on your current plan becomes account credit toward future invoices. It is not refunded to your card.
  5. To move back up, click "Upgrade to Plus" on the Plus card in the plan comparison below. Your existing subscription changes price, so you are never billed for two plans.
  6. If you want to stop billing instead of changing plans, use "Pause subscription" and keep everything as it is.

You will need a paid subscription first.

Cancel your subscription

Cancel Bazaar Plus and keep every Plus feature until the end of the period you already paid for.

  1. Open Account in the sidebar, then Subscription.
  2. Click "Manage Billing" to open Stripe’s secure billing portal, then cancel there.
  3. You keep Plus for the rest of the period you already paid for. Nothing is cut off the moment you cancel.
  4. Back on Subscription, your plan card then reads "Cancels on" with that date, so you always know when it ends.
  5. On that date you move to Free. Team members above the free limit are deactivated and Plus-only features close, but nothing is deleted.
  6. If you only want to stop paying for a while, use "Pause subscription" instead. Billing stops now, your contracts, invoices, offerings, and team stay put, and one click resumes.

Request the Bazaar Black Card

A limited-edition physical card for paying subscribers. Give us a shipping address and we send you one.

  1. You need an active paid subscription. A free trial does not qualify yet, so the banner appears once your first payment goes through.
  2. Open Account in the sidebar, then Subscription.
  3. The Black Card banner sits above the plans and shows how many are left. It is a limited run, so it disappears when they are gone.
  4. Click it, fill in the shipping name and address, and submit.
  5. One card per business. If you have already requested yours the banner is gone, which is why you will not see it a second time.
  6. We are in touch about shipping after that. There is nothing else to do.

You will need an active paid subscription first.

Manage or cancel an App Store subscription

In the app

Subscriptions bought in the app are managed by Apple: cancel, change the card, or restore them from your Apple Account.

  1. Open Settings and tap "Manage plan" under Plan, then "Manage in the App Store".
  2. Cancelling there turns off auto-renew. You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing is deleted.
  3. The card Apple charges is changed in your Apple Account, not in Bazaar.
  4. Signed in on a new device, or reinstalled the app? Tap "Restore purchases" on the plan screen.
  5. Refunds for an App Store purchase come from Apple. We cannot issue or cancel one on your behalf.
  6. Being billed twice usually means one subscription on the web and one through the App Store. Cancel whichever you do not want: the App Store one in your Apple Account, the web one on bazaar.events.
