Offerings and pricing

Build the offerings clients can book, with tiers, pricing, and a shared item library.

1. Open Business in the sidebar, then Offerings. It has three tabs: Offerings, Items, and "Add to your site".
2. On Offerings, click "New offering" to build one with tiers, pricing, group-size bands, and add-ons, or "AI import" to pull one out of a flyer, menu, or link.
3. On Items, keep the pieces you reuse across offerings. Edit an item once and every offering using it updates.
4. If you rent gear out, that side of your catalog lives on the Rentals page instead, and items you track stock on move there.
5. Use "Customize display" to control how your offerings look on your profile and inquiry form.
6. Use "Preview" to browse them the way a client will, without leaving your dashboard.
7. "Add to your site" gives you the embed code and copy-paste instructions for Squarespace, Webflow, Wix, and WordPress.

The gear you rent out: what you own, what is reserved, and what is free to book on any date.

1. Open Business in the sidebar, then Rentals. It appears once equipment rentals are on for your business (Bazaar Plus).
2. On Gear, add the things you rent and set how many of each you own. That count is what Bazaar holds against a date so you cannot be double-booked.
3. On Rental offerings, build what a client actually books: the gear list, the pricing, and the deposit terms.
4. Equipment out shows every reservation against your stock as a timeline or a booking list, so you can see what is out now and what is due back.
5. Equipment out opens on the next fortnight. The three numbers at the top are about right now, not about the dates on screen, so a request waiting on you still counts even when it is months away. If nothing is booked in the fortnight you are looking at, the page names your next booking and offers to jump to it.
6. Click any booking to open it and accept or decline without leaving the page.
7. A request holds the gear while you decide. Accepting confirms the hold and prepares the deposit invoice; declining releases it straight away.

Build an offering with tiers, pricing, group-size bands, a catalog, and add-ons. A packages offering can list what each tier includes without turning on a guest-choosable menu.

Take an offering live, hide it from hosts again, or remove it, one at a time or several together.

1. Open Offerings and find the offering.
2. Use its options menu to Publish it, which makes it live for hosts, or Unpublish it, which hides it while keeping your work.
3. An offering that is not ready to publish says what is missing rather than going live half-finished.
4. Delete removes it for good. An offering a host has already requested cannot be deleted; unpublish that one instead.

Add a photo to an offering or item and choose which part of it stays in frame. Cards crop to the same shape so your profile stays even, and clients can tap any photo to see it in full.

1. Open Offerings and click an offering, or open the Items tab and click an item. The Cover photo field is at the top.
2. Click the field to pick a JPG, PNG, or WebP up to 50 MB.
3. Click or drag on the photo to set the focal point. The crosshair marks the part that always stays in frame.
4. Watch the Crop preview underneath. That is exactly what the card on your profile will show.
5. Use "Change photo" to swap it, or "Remove" to take it off. There is nothing to save; the framing is kept as you set it.

Add automatic fees (labor, travel, setup) to an offering so they compute into the live estimate the host sees. Inherit your default fees, override per offering, or add a setup fee that varies by tier and guest band.

Manage the shared items you reuse across offerings; edit once and it updates everywhere.

1. Open Offerings and go to the Items tab.
2. Click "Add item" in the top-right to create a reusable item, or click an existing item to edit it.
3. Set its name, description, and price.
4. Reuse the item across any offering, and editing it once updates it everywhere.

Upload a flyer, menu, or link and we extract tiers, items, and prices into a draft.

1. Open Offerings.
2. Click the AI import button in the top-right.
3. Upload a flyer, menu, or PDF, or paste a link.
4. Review the extracted tiers, items, and prices, then save them as a draft offering to refine.

Upload a menu or dish list and we pull every item into your shared library. No tiers or pricing, just reusable items.

Choose how your offerings show on your profile and inquiry form: layout density, columns per row, and whether to show "Price on request".

Open your published offerings exactly as a client browses them, without leaving your dashboard. Nothing you tap sends a real inquiry.

1. Open Offerings.
2. Click "Preview" in the top-right.
3. Browse your offerings the way a client would, including "What’s included".
4. Only published, active offerings appear, the same ones clients can see.

Tell Bazaar how many of an item you own so the same one is never booked twice. You can also keep a private serial or warranty note and what it costs to replace.

1. Open Rentals and go to the Gear tab, then click the item. A brand new item can also be added from Offerings; ticking "Track stock" moves it here.
2. Turn on "Track stock" and enter how many you own.
3. Add a serial or warranty note and a replacement value if you want them. Both are private and never show on your profile.
4. Click Save. The item card now shows a stock count.
5. Leave "Track stock" off for anything you do not count, like a dish. Those stay orderable with no limit.
6. You can do all of this in the app too: Business tab, Offerings, tap the item.

List gear clients can hire for specific days. Bazaar holds the units they pick so the same speaker cannot be booked twice, and prepares the deposit invoice when you accept.

1. Give every item you rent a stock count first, on the Gear tab.
2. Click "New offering" from the Rentals page and it starts as a rental already: a la carte, per item, with "Rent out equipment" on. Starting from Offerings instead, set Listing style to "A la carte" and Pricing basis to "Per item" and turn "Rent out equipment" on yourself.
3. Under "Pricing for this rental", leave "Charge per day" on if your prices are a daily rate, or turn it off for one price however long the booking runs.
4. Set "Minimum days" if you do not take short hires. A client asking for less is quoted your minimum rather than turned away, and the request form tells them before they pick dates.
5. Set "Damage waiver" if you charge one. It is a percentage of the rental and appears as its own line on the client estimate. Most rental companies charge between 3 and 10 percent.
6. Add your gear to the catalog and publish.
7. It appears on the Rentals page rather than Offerings from the moment you name it, published or not. Once it is live your inquiry form also asks clients whether they want services or equipment.
8. Clients now pick a date and their gear on your inquiry form. A rental needs a real date or date range, so the vague options are not offered on that path. Anything already booked that day shows as unavailable.
9. When you accept a request the gear is reserved and a draft deposit invoice is waiting for you to review and send.

Set the turnaround days between rentals, how long a request holds gear while it waits for you, and the deposit you take. These apply to every rental you take.

1. Open the offering and turn on "Rent out equipment". The settings appear underneath it, below the "Pricing for this rental" group. Those two are different scopes: pricing belongs to the one offering, these four apply to every rental you take.
2. Set "Turnaround days" to the gap you need either side of a booking to collect and check the gear. 0 means back-to-back is fine.
3. Set "Hold a request for" to how long a request keeps gear reserved while it waits for your answer. After that it frees up on its own.
4. Set the "Deposit" percentage and how long the client has to pay it.
5. Click "Save rental settings". They apply to every rental you take, not just this offering.

Share a link that opens your inquiry form on the equipment, so a client hiring gear is never asked whether they wanted services.

1. If you offer both services and equipment, your inquiry form asks clients which one they need. That question is skipped automatically if you only do one.
2. To skip it for a particular audience, add ?kind=rental to the end of your inquiry link and share that instead.
3. Use ?kind=services the same way for the other side.
4. A link that already names one offering does not need this. It decides for itself which side it belongs to.
