Music and song requests

Build the playlist and let guests request songs.

Collect song requests and shape the playlist for this event.

Open the event and go to the Songs tab. On the web dashboard it is for people on the event only, so anyone opening your event link never sees it.
Use "Add Song" to search and add tracks yourself, and "Link playlist" to link an Apple Music playlist and pull its tracks in.
Re-sync a linked playlist any time to pick up tracks you added in Apple Music.
Filter by tag or source, and export the list as a PDF for your DJ or band.
Guests who open your event in the Bazaar app do get a Songs tab: they can request a song and upvote requests, and the list sorts most-voted first.
Guests cannot edit, tag, or remove songs, and your linked playlist stays hidden from them.

Link an Apple Music playlist to the event and pull its tracks onto the song list.

First, in Apple Music

Open the playlist in Apple Music and copy its share link.
The playlist has to be shared publicly. We read it as any listener would, so a private playlist is invisible to us.
Use Share, then Copy Link, and turn on "Show on my profile and in search" for the playlist. The link should contain a pl. id.

Open the event and go to the Songs tab.
Click "Link playlist".
Paste the Apple Music playlist link. Open "Where do I find this link?" in the modal if you are not sure which link to copy.
Tracks are pulled in and appear alongside your guests' song requests.
Re-sync any time to pick up tracks you added in Apple Music since.
Spotify cannot be linked: it stopped letting apps read the contents of a playlist you did not create yourself. A Spotify playlist linked before that keeps the songs it already imported, and can be unlinked from the same place.
