In the Bazaar app

Put a countdown to your event, your checklist, or your next booking on your Home Screen or Lock Screen.

1. Touch and hold an empty part of your Home Screen until the icons start to jiggle.
2. Tap the + button in the top corner, then search for Bazaar.
3. Pick "Countdown" for how long until your next event, "Checklist" for what is overdue and due this week, or "Next booking" for your next assignment as a vendor.
4. Drag the widget where you want it and tap Done.
5. Tap the widget any time to open straight to the matching tab.
6. To add "Run of show" instead, touch and hold your Lock Screen, tap Customize, and add it there. It lives on the Lock Screen so it can sit beside the live countdown that appears on the day.

Put the check-in scanner one tap away in Control Center, on your Lock Screen, or on the Action button.

1. Swipe down from the top-right of your screen to open Control Center, then tap the + in the top-left.
2. Tap "Add a control", search for Bazaar, and choose "Scan check-in" or "Quick capture".
3. Tap anywhere to finish. "Scan check-in" opens the scanner for whatever event you are running today.
4. To put it on your Lock Screen instead, touch and hold the Lock Screen, tap Customize, then replace one of the two buttons at the bottom.
5. To put it on the Action button, open Settings, tap Action Button, swipe to Controls, and pick the Bazaar control.
6. If you have no event on today, the control opens Bazaar rather than doing nothing.

Your upcoming events and saved vendors show up in your phone search, and tapping one opens it in Bazaar.

1. Open the Events tab, or Saved vendors, once so Bazaar can add them to your phone search.
2. Swipe down on your Home Screen to open search.
3. Type the event or vendor name.
4. Tap the result to open it in Bazaar.
5. Signing out removes everything Bazaar added to search.

Siri can tell you what is coming up next, and take a quick note for you to turn into an event later.

1. Say "Hey Siri, when is my next Bazaar event?" and Siri answers with the name and how soon it starts.
2. If you have nothing coming up, Siri says so rather than guessing.
3. Say "Hey Siri, quick add to Bazaar" and speak a note to capture an idea while the app is closed.
4. Next time you open Bazaar the note is waiting as a draft event for you to review.
