Website
Build the site guests see: its address, its theme, its pages, the guest menu, and the RSVP window.
- Open the event and go to the Website tab. Only you, your co-hosts and a planner or coordinator admin can open it. Guests get the site itself, never these controls.
- "Preview as guest" at the top right shows the whole thing the way an invitee gets it, at any point while you build.
- Site address is first: claim a short link like bazaar.events/ude-and-love for save-the-dates. Your original event link keeps working alongside it.
- Theme sets one palette for everything guest-facing, including the RSVP page, the invitation and the card guests keep in their wallet.
- Front page holds the note from the hosts and the quick facts guests read the moment they open your link.
- Pages is where you add travel details, FAQs, your story, and anything else, starting from a template you then edit.
- Guest menu is every destination a guest can reach, in the order they read it. Reorder, rename for guests, hide, schedule a reveal, or keep one for the guests who have accepted.
- RSVP window sets when replies open, when they close, what the deadline does, and the two messages guests read on the RSVP page.
- Everything on this tab saves as you go, so there is no Save button.
You will need an event exists first.
