Veronica in particular (my baby boy Klaus Aunty :) literally has a special place in my heart. She knows exactly what to say, when to say, when to step in, and how to resolve matters before you even know it’s an issue. Her ability to help you understand something and support you in times of distress is unmatched. Even going out of her way to watch / walk our dog while I was in the chair getting hair and makeup done. You do not come across people like her very often who genuinely care for you.
