Me and a group of 15 other people got a suite for bring me the horizon here last Friday and it was an awesome experience. The coordinator I emailed with, Bridget, was very patient and helpful, and even went out of her way to print the tickets and leave them at the suite entrance last minute after I realized the day of the show I was supposed to print them out and distribute them to the other guests. Our server, Trisha, was very friendly and helpful. Lastly, the suite itself was very spacious and nice and included its own bathroom. Our group of 15 (one person couldn’t attend last minute) fit well in the suite. We all really enjoyed the experience and the next time I wanna go to a show at the DCU Center I would definitely inquire about getting another suite.

Overall good experience. Needs more signs and badges lacked location of seating areas if one has never been to the DCU before. Staff could be more responsive and respectful when singing in, not sure if that was DCU staff or volunteers from other candidates.

I was shocked how good the venue was after hearing not good things on social media, the security was great they made sure that everyone for the bring me the horizon VIP got a fair chance to get to the barricade and the whole thing was well organized, they also gave me water for free despite it being $6 which is awesome cause that’s a ridiculous price for water especially Aquafina lol. The sound was great too as well as the set up too

Small venue makes all seats great seats! Not much walking room between rows, if you know you'll be up and down you will want to ensure you get an end seat. People have to stand up for you to walk past them and the is a bit of a balancing act to get out of an occupied row. I'm so happy I picked this venue for Monster Jam! To be this close anywhere else it would have been a small fortune for tickets. Some food vendors are cash only and some are card only, so make sure you have both. They have THE BEST popcorn and lemonade!!
