I knew I picked the right event planner when I picked Adeevents.  I was still finishing up my final semester of my doctoral program and I knew I wanted to have a graduation party, but I didn’t have the mental strength to prepare or plan for it. One of the many things I truly appreciate about working with Adeevents is simply the fact that she was able to take off the planning load of me and my family completely. So much so that I did not feel any ounce of stress during the planning process. I am used to feeling a bit anxious and uncertain about events that I have to plan for myself. But in this case, it was quite the opposite. Adeevents is honestly the absolute best and is very excellent in her craft. This event planner is also very proactive and attentive to detail. She is very professional in her professional conduct and character. Anyone who books with this planner is guaranteed a successful event! I am so happy I chose her. Working with Adey and her team took the stress of planning a wedding in less than 6months. She was there every step of the way from beginning to end. No matter the time of day Adey was always punctual with answering phone calls, texts and just being a helping hand. If you’re considering hiring a coordinator, I cannot recommend Aderonke with Ade Events enough! From the planning process through our wedding day, Aderonke was incredibly attentive, organized, and truly went above and beyond. She thought of every detail, kept us informed, and made the entire process feel so much less stressful. On the wedding day, everything was executed flawlessly. Our venue included its own coordinator, but Aderonke truly stole the show. She kept us on schedule, made sure every vendor was where they needed to be, handled every behind-the-scenes detail seamlessly, and allowed us to be fully present and enjoy the day. It honestly felt like she was running the entire event. Hiring Ade Events was one of the best decisions we made. We hired Ade about eight months before our wedding, and she was instrumental in helping us plan and execute the day we envisioned. Our wedding involved a Catholic church ceremony followed by a reception at a separate venue that also included an Igbo traditional wedding component, so there were many moving parts to coordinate. Ade was involved in every stage of the planning process, including venue visits and selection, vendor selection, contract review, vendor communication and coordination, and creating a payment calendar based on each vendor’s contract. She carefully reviewed our agreements to make sure nothing was unusual or overlooked and, where possible, used her vendor relationships to help us negotiate discounts. Throughout the planning process, we had regular calls to review outstanding items and make sure everything remained on track. She also worked closely with us and our MC to develop the wedding-day program and ensure the different parts of the celebration flowed together smoothly. On the wedding day, Ade and her team managed everything professionally and efficiently. They made sure vendors arrived on time and knew where they needed to be, while also helping guests understand where to go and what was happening throughout the day. Because of their work, we were able to enjoy our wedding without having to worry about the logistics or organization behind the scenes. The result was a wedding that we were extremely happy with! The three words we heard most often from our guests were “classy,” “fun,” and “organized,” and Ade and her team played a significant role in making that possible. Beyond everything mentioned above, there were two things we especially appreciated. First, Ade was an invaluable sounding board throughout the process. Given her experience, we could bring her our ideas and questions and trust that she would provide thoughtful, practical guidance. Second, on the wedding day itself, we did not have to spend a moment thinking about the organization of the event. Ade was just as committed as we were to having a polished, well-run wedding, and we trusted her team completely to execute the plan. That trust was well placed, and it paid off. We are incredibly grateful to Ade and her team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an experienced, thoughtful, and highly organized wedding planner.
